Shipping
We plan to ship to Italy, Germany and Austria. Shipping costs, available delivery countries and delivery times will be set before the shop opens and shown before every payment. Other countries are currently not available.
Returns & withdrawal
The binding returns information, right-of-withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form will be published before the sales launch. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Frequently asked questions
Where do the herbs and flowers come from?
Our flowers grow at around 1,200 metres near St. Martin im Kofel. Green herbs are also grown at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,500 metres. More about our origin.
What is the difference between loose tea and pyramids?
Loose tea comes in 25 g packs. Marienberg and Sunnaberg are available with 15 pyramids and 15 g each. For food service, 50-pyramid packs are also listed.
Can I refill herb salt?
Not at the moment: the 300 g refill packs are temporarily out of our range. The jars contain 200 g each.
Why are some products only available on request?
No confirmed retail price is on file for these products yet. We do not list purchase prices as retail prices. We are happy to advise you personally.
How does payment work?
After the sales launch, payment is made via Stripe Checkout. Your payment details are entered directly at Stripe.
