Ordering

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order from a single bundle and mix the versions for her and for him freely.

Is there a maximum order?

Yes, our quantities are limited, so you can order only while stocks last. When a bundle runs low, its card and the cart show how many are still available.

When is the order deadline?

The order deadline is 1 December 2026. You enter your preferred delivery date right in the form.

Is the order binding straight away?

No. We get back to you within two working days with the order confirmation and invoice. The order becomes binding only with our confirmation.

Can we get a quote first?

Yes. Put the bundles you want in the cart and download a quote with “Quote as PDF”, for example for internal approval.

Can we change the contents or add a logo?

No. The bundles come exactly as described here. We do not offer personalisation.

Delivery & packaging

When will it be delivered?

By 15 December 2026 at the latest. In the form you choose your preferred date up to then.

Do you deliver to several addresses?

Put the addresses in the notes and we will arrange delivery with the confirmation.

How are the bundles packed?

Kleine Auszeit and Bergkräuter-Genuss come in a gift bag, the Edelweiß-Verwöhnkorb in a gift basket. Everything is packed by hand on our farm in Latsch.

Prices & invoicing

Are the prices net?

Yes. All prices are excluding VAT, which we show on the invoice. The cart shows the net amount, VAT and total.

How do we pay?

By invoice, with no prepayment. You receive it electronically via SDI.

What do you need for the invoice?

Company name, VAT number (Partita IVA) and the recipient code (SDI) or a PEC address. The tax code only if it differs from the VAT number.

Yes. Our herbs and flowers are grown to Bioland and EU organic standards in the Vinschgau and inspected by Abcert (IT BIO 013).
