Our home.
Our character.
Steep slopes, clear air and plenty of sun. The mountains give our herbs and flowers their special place to grow.

Connected to
the mountains.
Our flowers grow at around 1,200 metres in St. Martin im Kofel, on the Vinschgau Sonnenberg. Here, barren soils, wind and a short growing season are part of everyday life.
Green herbs such as peppermint, lemon balm and nettle grow at lower altitudes between 1,100 and 1,500 metres — including near Burgeis, Mals and St. Valentin auf der Haide. Every plant has its own place.
We work with these conditions. With experience, attention and an eye for the right moment.
Purity has an address.
Between the Sonnenberg and the Ortler the air is thin, the light is harsh and the soil is lean. Plants that hold their ground here build more essential oils and stronger colour. That is their defence. We do not take that drive away from them with chemistry and artificial fertiliser. What grows this way cannot be manufactured. Only harvested.
