Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our server processes technically necessary data: your IP address, date and time, the address requested and browser and device details. This is needed to deliver the pages and protect them against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not keep access logs with IP addresses. The website runs on a server we manage in Switzerland, which the EU recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. The connection to you runs through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which forwards the requests and protects the website against attacks. Cloudflare acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

Contact by email or phone

If you write to us or call us, we use your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed for this and no statutory retention period applies. Our email is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy.

Company orders

The order form for corporate gifts collects company name, VAT number, tax code, recipient code or PEC address, contact person, email, phone, delivery address, preferred delivery date, the chosen bundles and your notes.

We need these details to check, confirm, deliver and electronically invoice the order (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). They are stored in a database on our server and sent to our mailbox. We cannot process an order without the required fields.

Where necessary, recipients are the Italian tax authority via the electronic invoicing exchange system (SDI), our tax advisers and the carrier. We keep order and invoice data for ten years, as the law requires for accounting records (Art. 2220 Italian Civil Code). Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after twelve months at the latest.

Online shop

The online shop is currently paused. No payments are processed through the website. Before we reopen it, we will add the payment processing to this policy.

Cookies and browser storage

We only use what the website technically needs: the “locale” cookie remembers your language choice for one year. Your cart and bundle selection stay in your browser’s local storage (“fasui-cart-v1”, “fasui-bundle-cart”) so they are still there on your next visit. This data only leaves your browser when you send an order. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

There are no analytics, advertising or social media services and no third-party cookies. We serve fonts and images ourselves. That is why we need no consent and show no cookie banner. Links to other websites, such as organic control bodies, only transfer data when you click them.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). An informal message to [email protected] is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

We make no automated decisions and create no profiles.
