Terms and conditions
These terms apply to orders placed with FASUI – Oberdörfer Hansjörg, Feuchtgasse 6, 39021 Latsch, VAT number IT 01229740210.
Online shop
The online shop for private customers is currently paused. No purchase contract with private customers is concluded through the website and no payments are processed. The products and prices shown are for information.
Company orders
Only businesses order through the form on the corporate gifts page. Submitting it sends us an order, which we review. It becomes binding only with our written order confirmation, which we send within two working days.
The prices and delivery dates in the order confirmation apply. All prices are subject to VAT at the statutory rate, shown on the invoice.
Payment is by electronic invoice via SDI, without prepayment, within the period stated on the invoice.
Please check the delivery on receipt and report damaged or missing goods to [email protected] within eight days.
Withdrawal
Company orders are for businesses only, so the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to them. When the shop for private customers reopens, we will publish the withdrawal notice and model withdrawal form here.
Applicable law
Italian law applies.
